Return & Refund Policy

At Amara Earth, your trust means everything to us. While we hope you’ll love every product you receive, please note that due to the nature of personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with a quality issue, we will be happy to exchange it if reported within the timelines below:

• Report damaged or tampered products within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Report quality concerns within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that damages caused after delivery, or issues due to incorrect usage or storage, will not qualify for exchange.
